How does this work in practice?

Our approach is based on teamwork. Whether you need our help for a day, a month or a year, our aim will be to become a temporary member of your team, working on your behalf.

The starting point of this approach is a comprehensive – and free – briefing process which uses a detailed set of questions to help us understand exactly what your needs are. We will then prepare a very detailed proposal (also free) setting out exactly how we can help you and what the fees will be. If you are happy with the proposal, we will then work closely with you and your colleagues to make sure that all the project objectives and deadlines are met.
