Rapid product development

Gerard O'Donnell Ltd were looking for someone to take on the rapid product development and design management of an exciting courtyard seating project in Liverpool. The project was to be the centre piece of the conversion of the cities' historic Corn Exchange.

Within six months, Crucible developed the design, created the manufacturing data; arranged production and even installed the seats ourselves - on time and on budget. The seats won a Roses Design Award in 2007.
